Discover Vintage Treasures at the Inaugural Vintage Keepers Market in New Jersey

I remember my first time at the Country Living Fair many years ago. I had fallen in love with vintage style and was invited to attend and speak at the fair in Rhinebeck, NY. I was amazed at seeing white tent after white tent of products filled with country style. Blue vintage maison jar displays, pine wood cabinets, vintage chandeliers, handmade items, and the list went on. I had entered my vintage heaven. This one event led to my passion for the vintage and antique industry. I had already been collecting and displaying vintage in my home but this was surely a game changer for me being at an event where I watched people shop and sell vintage in a sunny country field filled with smells of food in the air, and background music of banjos playing, I had never seen so much vintage and charm in one event.

Fast forward a half a decade later and I now own an online vintage marketplace called Vintage Keepers. (vintage-keepers.com). We operate exclusively online with vendors from all throughout the US and Canada uploading their own individual shops and brands throughout the website. We are able to source and sell items to help those that are curating a home filled with vintage treasures. I love having that easy scroll and quick click and you bought yourself something with vintage charm. With our new brand Vintage Keepers and online presence I decided it was time to bring my dreams of having a market just like the one I was originally inspired from years ago, to NJ.

I have been to a lot of flea markets and markets throughout the state but nothing quite curated as an event that really hosts the experience of vintage. You may have heard of Lucketts in Virginia, The Found Cottage Mercantile in Michigan, Vintage Market Days, Vintage Pickins, or maybe not…but these amazing events were added experiences that helped pave the path for more and more market events throughout the country. Again, nothing quite like it in NJ so why not bring something like this to the garden state.

Are you ready for it NJ???? September 9th and 10th we will be hosting our very first VK Market (Vintage Keepers Market) at the beautiful scenic location of Johnson’s Locust Hall Farm in Jobstown, NJ.
