Gloucester County

Gloucester County is home to several important historic sites. The Red Bank Battlefield Park in National Park marks the site of a significant Revolutionary War battle and includes the Whitall House, a field hospital during the conflict. The James and Ann Whitall House, built in 1748, is open for tours, offering insights into colonial life. The historic district of Mullica Hill, with its preserved 18th and 19th-century buildings, is a charming spot for history enthusiasts.
