State & National Parks

Morris County is home to the scenic Lewis Morris County Park, which offers hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails, along with a beautiful lake for boating and fishing. While not a state or national park, it is one of the largest parks in the county and a favorite destination for outdoor recreation. The park is also close to Morristown National Historical Park, which preserves key sites from the Revolutionary War.
