Mansion in May 2025

Mansion in May is the preeminent Designer Showhouse and Gardens in the New Jersey-New York area. Hosted every two or three years, Mansion in May attracts over 22,000 visitors and hundreds of volunteers to these historical estates. Each of the estates represents historical significance to our community and an era gone by. Interior designers and landscape artists work tirelessly to reimagine these properties to a modern-day elegance. And our visitors flock to these sites to see and be seen at this notable month-long event.

In 2025, the historic 220 year old Wildfair estate in Chester Township will be transformed into a stunning showhouse and gardens by the areas top interior and landscape designers for a month long support of the new Proton Therapy Center at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center at Morristown Medical Center. Proton therapy is an advanced cancer treatment that targets a patient’s tumor with sub-millimeter precision. It deposits a high dose of radiation directly in the tumor and then stops, selectively destroying cancer cells and leaving healthy cells intact. Proton therapy has several proven clinical benefits, most notably its precise targeting of a tumor while preserving healthy tissue. It is especially beneficial for patients with head and neck cancer, brain tumors, as well as liver, lung and prostate cancer. It is also used for women with left-sided breast cancer, as proton therapy can protect the heart from damage.
