There is a loosely translated quote from Benjamin Franklin that states “Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.” He was actually referring to wine, but we like the spirit of the thing! At Brewery Thirty-Three, we intend to brew our beer using only the freshest grains and hops, while sourcing adjunct ingredients from local farmers and businesses. Creating special recipes that speak to the history of Olde World beer production, while maintaining pace with more modern and popular beer styles.

The name “Brewery Thirty-Three” is an amalgamation of the number 33 appearing throughout Brew Master Tom Cimino’s life. It was his jersey number in soccer as a kid, his hockey jersey number as a young adult, and ultimately became his badge number in the fire department.
